Dr. Vera Smith, M.D. is specializing in Adult Internal Medicine and offers extensive experience for ages 16 and up. She treats all adult chronic conditions, including Diabetes, Obesity, Heart and Lung conditions and High Blood Pressure. Originally from the Philipines, she graduated from the University of the East Medical Center, Quezon City in 1982. She completed her Residency at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family. |
Alex Waite, D.O. Dr. Waite is Board Certified in Family Medicine, and Winner of the 2010 Readers' Choice Award of the Winston-Salem Journal "Best Family Physician". Dr. Waite offers total family care from ages newborn to adult. He also offers minor skin surgeries, joint injections, sports physicals and preventive medicine. Dr. Waite is a graduate of Wake Forest University, Nova Southeastern University and completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville Florida in 2009. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and Wake Forest Football. |
Kelley Waite, ARNP-C is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Central Florida. She has worked primarily in college health, both at the University of North Florida and Wake Forest University. Her primary interests are in children and adolescents, young adults and preventive care. In her free time she enjoys being with her family, Dr. Alex Waite and their young son, running, and gardening. |
